The fundamental rights impact assessment, Article 27: do you owe one, and what goes in it

Before a high-risk Annex III system is first used, three kinds of deployer assess the impact on fundamental rights, from 2 December 2027. Two questions decide whether that is you; if it is, the six elements of Article 27(1) follow in the Regulation's own words, in your language, with a field under each, and the page writes the assessment as text you can file. What kind of deployer are you?

Article 27(1) names bodies governed by public law and private entities providing public services for every listed system, and every deployer for the credit and insurance systems of Annex III points 5(b) and 5(c).

The assessment attaches to systems high-risk under Article 6(2), by their intended purpose; area 2, critical infrastructure, is excepted. Pick the point that describes the system's intended purpose.
