For a provider of a high-risk AI system. Article 11 is the file, Article 43 is the conformity assessment it is assessed through, and Article 47 is what you sign at the end. One sentence in here is worth the price on its own. The only standard cited under the Act carries no presumption of conformity for the quality management system, because Article 40(1) does not reach Article 17.
