The CRA's 24-hour reporting duty has applied since 11 September 2026. Check whether it reaches you

Does the Pay Transparency Directive reach you yet?

Three answers, read by the same determination our portal runs. Its deadline for member states was 7 June 2026, and four of the twenty-seven have notified an act that transposes it.

Does it reach you, and from when?

Three answers, read by the same determination the portal runs. Nothing you pick is sent or stored.

Which member state's law governs your employees?

A directive binds the state, not the employer: what reaches you is the act your own state made under Article 34(1). The deadline was 7 June 2026, and the register shows which states have notified a transposing act and which have not.

How many workers do you employ in that state?

Article 9 reports by band. 250 workers or more report every year, 150 to 249 every three years, and 100 to 149 every three years from a later day. Article 9(5) leaves reporting voluntary below 100.

Are you a contracting authority awarding public contracts or concessions?

Article 24 brings equal pay into public procurement. The duties belong to the buyer rather than the supplier. Answer that you do not know if you are unsure whether your contracts are public.

Questions about this page

What happens to the answers?

They stay in the page. The reading is computed in your browser, and nothing is sent or stored.

Do we need an account to read it?

No. The determination is free and open, with the articles named so you can check each one. An account is for running the system that keeps the answer current.

Is this legal advice?

No. It is the instrument's own scope rules read against your answers, from the catalogue our portal seeds.
